This white primer is formulated to give an excellent surface for the application of Cosmic Shimmer Watercolour Paints. Apply primer with brush, sponge or roller to paper, card or MDF. Once primer has dried, just brush on watercolour paints. Should primer come into contact with eyes, rinse with clean water and seek medical advice.

Please Note that most of the Cosmic Shimmer product is water-based and therefore could be affected by colder temperatures. This includes time in transit. Please take this into consideration when placing your order in the months of January and February.
