Ulta3’s Kajal Eyeliner Pencil in Slate is a makeup bag must that allow you to define eyes with ease. This versatile formula is intense in pigment for the perfect defined eye, yet soft & blendable for a more smokey-hazy look. Apply directly to the eyelids to define lash line & used in waterline to increase intensity. To create a softer, smokey look simply apply the liner to the top of the lid & bottom & blend out using a small, dense eyeshadow brush or fingertip.
