Apply a small amount of eye primer to your eyelid and slowly tap it across (you can extend it all the way to the brow bone). You will notice that your skin color around the eye area will become more even and your eyelids will smooth out. They are now ready to apply your favorite eyeshadows. Notice how the color will look more intense and how it will last for much longer.
