It is best to apply your concealer after your foundation. Apply sparingly in dots over your dark circles and over blemishes or any uneven areas. Use a brush (our flat eyeshadow brush works well) or your middle finger to tap the concealer in, try not to rub. Use a fine powder to set. Our universal powder is perfect for this.
