This brush has been discontinued.
This stunning new brush by Chikuhodo is a collaboration between artist Hideki Kimura and Yamanaka Makie. The handle features Kimura's carp motif embossed in gold and colors on the handle. Carp fish are called “koi” in Japanese and are very symbolic in the culture. They represent luck, prosperity, and good fortune.
Born in Osaka in 1942. After graduating from Kyoto City University of Arts Design Department, he serves as a lecturer at the university. Produced numerous legendary events as an organizer during the early days of Japanese rock. From the 60th birthday to the artist. There are over 200 mural paintings in Japan and abroad. The half-life who has walked with the rock appears on the lively screen. Instead of heading to the canvas in my atelier, I want to paint in a "live" city. A unique artist who advocates for ultimate amateurism.
